In the heart of Marruge, in an encounter between nature, silence, and consciousness, we will create a space of presence and transformation through movement, breathwork, and inner journeying. Reflect and nurture new ways to deal with life's challenges. An experience dedicated to self-knowledge, balance, presence, and reconnection with the essence.

We’ll begin with a mindful movement practice, allowing the body to release tension, awaken, and reconnect through dance with our eyes closed—an invitation to feel, let go, and be present.

Next, we’ll greet the Sun in three different ways, exploring the body’s energy and intelligence through three approaches: Hatha Yoga Surya Namaskar, Ashtanga A, and Ashtanga B—a journey through movement, breath, and awareness.

We’ll continue with a deep Yoga Nidra experience, an inner journey of relaxation, listening, and regeneration, where the body rests and the mind finds space.

Throughout the day, between nature walks, waterfall baths, visits, sharing, and moments of connection, we’ll create space to look inward, reflect, and nurture new ways of dealing with life’s challenges.

We’ll conclude with a meditative concert featuring gongs and Tibetan singing bowls. An experience dedicated to self-knowledge, balance, presence, and reconnecting with our essence.

• Starter: Fresh Gazpacho soup

• Traditional Option: Chickpea salad with cod, egg, and greens

• Vegan Option: Chickpea and greens salad

• Drinks: Spring water from Marruge, seasonal local herbal infusion/floral refreshment, and coffee

• Comfortable footwear for a short walk

• Clothing appropriate for the weather conditions and practices

• Yoga mat (if you don´t have one, please inform us)

• There is a minimum and maximum number of participants.

• The event is subject to reaching the minimum number of registrations.

• Participants will be notified in the event of any changes.

• Detailed information regarding location, parking, schedule, and preparation will be sent the day before.

Cancellations:

• Until July 2: Full refund.

• After this date: Refund only if a replacement for the participant is found.

• Parking 1 (Point): 40.520851, -8.210536 (Next to the Marruge sign) — Final access by foot, with a short walk.

• ⚠️ Parking is not permitted beyond Point , respecting the car-free village concept.
