Conditions of Use

The online shop is dedicated to booking gastronomic experiences and training workshops. Reservations are only considered confirmed after payment has been received.

Prices include VAT at the current legal rate.

Cancellation and Refund Policy: Marruge Ecovillage allows cancellations with full or partial refunds if requested within the deadlines announced for each event. Cancellations made outside of these deadlines are not eligible for a refund, but may be transferred to third parties.

The "delivery" of the service is completed by sending a digital ticket or voucher to the email address provided. On the day of the event, simply present your proof of booking (digital or printed).

Marruge Ecovillage carries mandatory public liability insurance; however, participants must follow the safety guidelines provided by the instructors, especially during field or forest activities.

To ensure your safety during gastronomic events, we may request information regarding food allergies or dietary restrictions. This data will be used exclusively for meal preparation and deleted after the event concludes.

During events, images or videos may be captured for the promotion of the Marruge project. If you do not wish to be filmed or photographed, please inform the organization at the beginning of the activity.
